A gentle reminder
Life is keeping us busy. We are always on the go. Slowing down seems to provoke guilt. ‘Am I doing enough?’ has replaced the essence of ‘How am I?’ and ‘How are you?’ Every now and then, I encourage you (as I continue to encourage and remind myself) to slow down. Mindfulness is a powerful practice that makes us reconnect with ourselves and shine our light wherever we go. We become grounded, self-aware and empathetic in our approach.
